Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using ShipPING (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ShipPING is an exception-based ocean shipment monitoring dashboard. You add shipment details (container or bill of lading numbers, carrier, ports, and expected dates), and the Service helps you track milestones and highlights potential delays. The Service relies on carrier-reported, terminal-reported, and simulated AIS-style data. It does not guarantee real-time vessel positions or carrier accuracy.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business users and authorized representatives of shipping parties.
4. Free and Premium plans
Free accounts may monitor up to 3 active shipments at a time. Premium accounts, billed monthly through our payment processor, unlock unlimited shipments, instant confirmed-delay alerts, risk advisories, and CSV import. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading false shipment data, attempting to access accounts you do not own, scraping data, or interfering with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Data you provide
You retain ownership of your shipment references and business data. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
7. Intellectual property
ShipPING's branding, interface, and software are owned by plAIy Zone. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
ShipPING is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for carrier or freight-forwarder communications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, plAIy Zone is not liable for shipping losses, missed cutoffs, demurrage, or other operational damages arising from delays in data, incorrect ETAs, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or extended inactivity. Upon closure, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
