We collect the information you provide when signing up (name, email, company) and the shipment details you enter or import (container numbers, bills of lading, carriers, ports, expected dates, and reference nicknames). We also store your alert preferences and dashboard activity.

How we use your data

• To display your shipment dashboard, milestones, and delay alerts.
• To send email notifications and digests based on your alert settings.
• To maintain account security and respond to support requests.
• To improve the Service, aggregated and anonymized where possible.

Data sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small set of service providers to run ShipPING:

• Lovable Cloud — hosts the application, database, authentication, and storage infrastructure.
• Stripe — processes Premium subscription payments. We do not store full payment card details.
• Email delivery services — send alerts and account notifications.

These providers act as subprocessors under appropriate data-processing arrangements. Platform security features are provided by Lovable Cloud; app-owner security practices also apply.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session state. We may use basic analytics to understand how the dashboard is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and shipment data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or tax obligations. You can request deletion or export of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To make a request, email us at privacy@plaiyzone.example. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls in the database. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and report suspected incidents promptly.

Children's privacy

ShipPING is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
